In the Nautical Station you can find all kinds of infrastructures for the practice of sports like windsurf, kitesurf, sailing and kayaking in Isla Cristina. You can practice on your own if you are already advanced as well as practice with specialized monitors.

Islantilla and Isla Cristina both have windsurfing schools, sailing and catamaran, and kitesurfing schools where you can learn all of these sports as well as enjoy them.
