There are many monuments in Isla Cristina that we must mention. Even though this municipality is relatively young per say, it does have a cultureal richness in temples, churches, promenades etc, that are worth visiting and enjoying.

If we start in chronological order, the monuments in Isla Cristina are the following. Casa Patio San Francisco is a place where neighbors would gather. The Masonic Logia was created there in 1890, and for this reason the masonic emblems are still conserved and see on it´s facade.

The short history of Isla Cristina is seen clearly as most buildings are considerably modern. Those from the 20th century like the Church of Nuestra Senora de los Dolores, dated back to the mid 20th century. It has a typical andalusian style. Lastly as two what buildings are concerned, the Parish Church of Nuestro Padre Jesus del Gran Poder and the chapel of Nuestra Senora de los Angeles in a neogothic style.

On the other hand there are many promenades throughout Isla Cristina such as the Paseo de la Flores and Paseo de las Palmeras, both honoring their name, the first decorated with abundant beautiful flowers and the second with palm trees.
