Isla Cristina is a locality in Huelva, Costa de la Luz that borders with Islantilla and Lepe to it´s east and Ayamonte to the west. It´s population exceeds 20,000 inhabitants. It´s economy is mainly based on fishing and tourism. It is a locality in the Costa de la Luz with a fishing tradition. Isla Cristina is a city that faces the sea, it´s streets and avenues are all facing in that direction. For this reason we find many monuments like for example the Church of Our lady Dolores, from the 20th century, as well as the Flower avenue and the Patio house of San Francisco as some of the most important monuments.
